Chili Crisp Ketchup

Chili crisp and ketchup were just meant to be together. Two iconic condiments brought together in a blender with some fresh garlic and ginger. I love this sauce because it's one of those delightful discoveries where you're like — how did I make this fancy tasting condiment with pantry staples?! I also love this sauce because Antoni Porowski (!!!!) made it and said I quote "chili crisp ketchup is now a mainstay accomplice to my daily soft-scrambled eggs". I can die happy now.

    So I'm type 2 diabetic, and control it with meds and diet. When I use ketchup (a condiment I adore) I use Heinz no sugar added version. I'm wondering if there's a maple syrup alternative you would recommend, ad I'd really like to try this out.

    Oh my gosh, this is the first recipe I’ve made by Frankie and I will never look at ketchup the same way again!!! So flavorful and a really easy way to enhance ketchup! Will do this again 100%
