Miso Mirin Sauce
A delicious sweet and salty miso sauce perfect for literally anything savory from meats to vegetables.

1 1/3 cup mirin
1 cup sake
6 tbsp white miso
Preparation
Pour sake and mirin into a pot and bring to boil. Once boiling. let it boil on high for about 20 seconds to burn off all the alcohol. When ready, turn heat to medium and place miso into the pot and stir to dissolve. When miso is fully dissolved and incorporated with the mirin/sake, set the sauce aside or store in the fridge.
