3 bunches of scallions roughly chopped
1 cup of light olive oil (or grapeseed)
Preparation
Place scallions into a blender along with 1 cup of oil. Blend until smooth and then place into a small pot. Cook on medium high heat until you start to hear it sizzle, about 2 minutes. Pour oil mixture into a container through a fine mesh sieve and store.
