1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of boiling water

3 tbsp room temp water

3/4 tsp of salt

1 tsp canola oil

For Scallion Oil

1/2 cup canola oil

1 1/2 tbsp of flour

4 scallions chopped

1 tsp salt
