A simple seasoning blend of dried mushrooms and kosher salt that you can add on anything, from vegetables to soups to sauces for a savory, umami boost.

Preparation
Place dried mushrooms with kosher salt into a blender and blend until it's a uniform, fine powder. Seal in container and use on vegetables and meats before roasting, on eggs, literally anything you would use salt with it's so good.
